Natural cellulose insoluble fibers are cleaned of bacteria, micronized and sieved to obtain a product range that has a neutral taste and regular functionality.

Particle sizes from 160μm to 2000μm

FUNCTIONALITIES:
Water or oil retention, swelling effect or nutritional fiber supply.

INCORPORATION : 0.5 – 5%
